    Day 1 Arrival at Guwahati and Transfer to Bomdila

    Upon your arrival at Guwahati airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Bomdila. Bomdila is known for its stunning landscapes and the famous Bomdila Monastery, where you can enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Take some time to explore the local market, where you can shop for souvenirs and experience the rich culture of Arunachal Pradesh. Overnight stay in Bomdila.

    After breakfast, you will drive towards Tawang, stopping at Vaisakhi for a break, where you can enjoy a meal at the army canteen and visit the famous dosa point. En route, you will pass through the majestic Sela Pass at 13,700 ft and visit the serene Sela Lake. Afterward, stop by Jaswantgarh War Memorial before reaching the Nuranang (Jang) Waterfall. Arrive in Tawang by evening and relax at your hotel.

    After breakfast, begin your adventure to Bumla Pass, located at the India-China border at a height of over 15,500 ft. Weather permitting, you’ll experience breathtaking views and the significance of the region. Continue to Sungester Lake (Madhuri Lake), known for its mystical beauty. As the area is at a high altitude, it's essential to acclimatize properly. Return to Tawang for an overnight stay.

    Explore Tawang’s rich history and culture by visiting the famous Tawang Monastery, the second-largest monastery in Asia. Continue your exploration with a visit to the Tawang Craft Centre, Giant Buddha Statue, and Tawang War Memorial, which commemorates soldiers who fought in the 1962 Sino-Indian War. Enjoy the evening in Tawang and spend the night at your hotel.

    Dirang

    Post breakfast, drive to the serene Dirang Valley. On the way, visit the Thupsung Dhargye Ling Monastery, set amidst the towering mountains, offering a stunning view of the surrounding valleys. Dirang is known for its picturesque landscapes, including the beautiful Sangti Valley, which you can explore upon arrival. Overnight stay in Dirang.

    After breakfast, depart for Shergaon, a village known for its cultural and scenic beauty. Visit the Zengbu Gompa, a 200-year-old Buddhist monastery, and marvel at its well-preserved architecture. Spend some time at Chhoskhorong Waterfall and the State Horticulture Orchard to experience the natural beauty of the region. Overnight stay in Shergaon.
